The Grade 3 Early Assessment can be used to gauge students' understanding of important CT content from the previous four lessons.
This assessment includes 10 items from three CT topics (5 Decomposition items; 2 Repetition items; 3 Sequencing items). One of the ten items uses images of the Scratch interface and/or Scratch blocks. All 10 items have a scoring guide and/or rubric included in the teacher assessment guide, along with other information to help with interpreting student responses.
