Activity Summary

Children create an animated number story in Scratch using equivalent Fraction Number Cards. They use their story to create a Storyboard, paying particular attention to the order of the events, and how they can show the important parts of the story in picture format, and how they can connect the events through pictures, words, and actions. Partners then review each other’s storyboards and give feedback. Children revise their storyboards (if needed) based on their partners feedback.
